Mephiles

Before you start to ask me why is he crying let me tell you that i have no clue, i only drew him like that without a thought. I wanted to try my shading skills and i'm impressed in how this turned out, i didn't think i was able to do it. It seems that i discovered that i can draw some Sonic characters without a reference, like i did with him here. Anyway, here's a little story that i came up with in this situation...

Mephiles was walking when he saw something shining, he walked towards it and picked it up. While he examined it, he noticed that it belonged to a friend of his, a friend that changed his life, he knew this friend will never let this accessory to fall behind unless the friend left without saying anything or kidnapped. He felt tears coming down from his eyes, feeling anger and despair he let out his dark energy from his body, enveloping him in darkness. He vows to know what happened to his friend even if it meant to go back to his old ways and destroy anyone who gets in his way...

I noticed that the shards there don't really fit in with the story unless he was near an abandoned house or something, anyway, enjoy the drawing^^
